Northrop Grumman Space Systems Sector has an opening for a Principal Software Engineer (level 3) or Sr. Principal Software Engineer (level 4) to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Huntsville, Alabama.
In this role, your responsibilities include:

Writing programs using C++, Java or similar languages

Participating in demos for the team and program Sprint reviews

Working within an Agile team environment, to include Program Increment Planning, Iteration Planning, Feature and Story development, Sprint Planning, and Iteration Retrospectives.

Collaborating with Stakeholders and Government customers

Creating and running automated software builds and pipelines in a Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) environment

Developing software documentation

Creating and running unit test

Basic Requirements:

(level 3) - Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of experience; or 3 years of experience with a Masters Degree; or no experience with a related PhD.
(level 4) - Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience; or 6 years of experience with a Master's Degree; or 3 years of experience with a related PhD.
