This position will be located in Huntsville, AL and will support the Sentinel (GBSD) program. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.
What You'll Get To Do:
Primary liaison between Suppliers and Program leadership. Creating clean and concise communication between Program leadership and SB Suppliers.
Foster relationship between program and supplier
Manage scope changes and contractual updates
Manage supplier funding mechanisms
Subcontractor hiring and tracking
Work with suppliers to identify staffing needs
Coordinate and participate with interviews
Receive approval to hire desired candidate(s)
Performance/personnel discussions
SAMS Quarterly Assessments
Coordinate timecard & invoice corrections
Work alongside BM to ensure invoice rates align with contractual rates and work funding, if necessary.
Ensure suppliers are submitting SDRLs in a timely manner
Coordinate any promotions or rate changes with BM & PM

Year-end communication regarding year end invoicing and program shut down attendance policy
Ensure completion of NG training modules for all subcontractors
Approve travel requests for SB subcontractors
Support PMR activities for the program
Onboarding & offboarding of all subcontractor support
Manage the onboarding process and exiting criteria for all subcontractors
Approving VARs from security for all new hires
Order and manage suppliers equipment
Manage IDM system for Contractor verification and obtain site access
• apture all status input from each subcontractor to include: Travel, EWW, etc
New Hire Orientation
Coordinate with new hire orientation team for the onboarding of new subcontractors
Offboarding
Update JIRA roster w/ departure date
Provide exit checklist to subcontractor OR work with admin/IPT to provide them with the checklist and keep Workday status up to date
Maintain account access for all subcontractor support
Maintain roster for the program
NG sponsor for IS-24 (high-side can be done by IPT PFM)
Manage the on time completion of LX training per policies of the prog

This positions standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of related experience; or Master's Degree with 6 years of related experience; or an additional 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret Clearance
1 year experience leading a project and/or driving performance against schedule.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Experience working with Subcontractors
Experience managing employees virtually
Knowledge of contract labor and reporting
Experience working with internal contractor organization
* Knowledge of invoice reviews and approvals
Primary Level Salary Range: $153,800.00 - $230,800.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
