What You'll Get to Do:
You'll demonstrate technical skills, organization, be an effective communicator, and problem solver who is able to develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will demonstrate a commitment to ethics and integrity, and the capability to innovate. They will have an ability to operate in a team environment and collaborate across the program as required to accomplish assigned and team taskings. You will work in a Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) environment.
Your responsibility will be to lead the Integration Team to ensure the following responsibilities are met:

Manage Teamwork Cloud (TWC) for all program projects across multiple networks
Own and manage all resources (projects) on TWC required by the program (maintenance, usage updates, creation, federation, error resolution, permissions, project usage structure, branching, merging, offloading and uploading across networks)
Administer resource permissions for all TWC users (maintain TWC Webapp Users and Groups as well as permission sets within each Resource trunk/branch)
Ensure all Sentinel Cameo users can work within the TWC environment successfully (train, refine/improve development process, resolve tool errors, ensure data accessibility)
Conduct horizontal integration of model based ASoTs (Sync DOORS to Cameo at each classification level, branch Cameo resources for data development and integrate back into a cohesive and technically reviewed baseline (i.e. the trunk) for each project)

Conduct vertical integration of Cameo resources (update project usages, offload from TWC and upload on higher level networks) as necessary to meet program development needs and to prepare data for delivery to the customer at the CJ1 level
Facilitate TWC data syncing between subcontractors for their model development and incorporation into NGs TWC model structure
Basic Qualifications:
This requisition may be fulfilled at either the Principal Systems Engineer level or Sr. Principal Systems Engineer level.
Required for both Principal Systems Engineer / Sr. Principal Systems Engineer levels:

Must be a US Citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance, at time of application, current and within scope, with an investigation date within the last 6 years and the ability to obtain a U.S. Government DoD Top Secret security clearance
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period, as determined by the company to meet its business needs
Principal Systems Engineer:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with 5 years of related experience; master's degree and 3 years of related experience; PhD degree with 1 year of related experience
Experience with SysML/DoDAF/UAF/UML
Experience setting up or maintaining Cameo TWC Infrastructure (merging, patching, branch management, project usages, etc.)
Possesses proven formal or informal leadership experience
Sr. Principal Systems Engineer:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with 8 years of related experience; master's degree and 6 years of related experience; PhD degree with 4 years of related experience.
Extensive experience with SysML/DoDAF/UAF/UML
Extensive experience setting up or maintaining Cameo TWC Infrastructure (merging, patching, branch management, project usages, etc.)
Extensive formal or informal leadership experience
Preferred Qualifications:

Active DoD Top Secret clearance and the ability to obtain Special Program Access (SAP)
5 years of experience using Cameo
Experience with database management and programming/scripting languages
Experience working in cross-functional teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrated through extensive experience briefing and presenting to senior leadership and customer stakeholders

This position's standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.

Primary Level Salary Range: $98,400.00 - $147,600.00Secondary Level Salary Range: $122,800.00 - $184,200.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
