As a Scheduler/Crafts Team Supervisor (CTS) - Level 5 located in Magna, UT, you'll be a linchpin in missions of paramount importance, defining the art of the possible from day one.
This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work.
The Transportation Craft Team Supervisor (CTS) works under the direction of the department manager and is responsible for the day- to-day supervision of the Drivers within the Magna Transportation group, day-to-day scheduling, operations and after-hours callouts, as needed. They also oversee off-plant transportation drivers, including scheduling. This position requires overseeing the Fuel ordering and monthly tank inspections for Bacchus, including getting certified from the State of Utah as an inspector.

Other job functions include Manage On-plant motor storage report, manual fuel delivery entries to Fuel Master, the assembly schedule for Shipping, and weekly or more. Including all programs, Instant support for Redball, all programs, Assist with Transportation input on tooling, and input for all programs as needed. Maximo work order input for Transportation, Coordination for PMs and WOs of vehicles to send out, Random D5 support calls, motor locations, GEM ingredients shipping planning to X050, Order and receive/ escort for fuel deliveries, and GEM support calls for motor deliveries
This position will work a 5/8 schedule.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Scheduling
Customer interface
Performance counseling
Leadership interface
Support the drivers, promoting safety, quality, cost, productivity and OJT training
Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent and 6 years additional education and/or related experience.
No clearance required to start
6 or more years specialized experience in the driver functions
Excellent work ethic and ambition
Positive attitude
Excellent communication skills
Leadership experience and demonstrated ability to lead, train, and mentor other employees
Ability to work with little or no supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous supervision experience
2-year associates degree or post high school technical education/certification

Primary Level Salary Range: $74,500.00 - $124,100.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
