Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history.Northrop Grumman's Chief Information Digital Office seeks a senior-level Executive PC Support Technician to deliver IT and technical support to Northrop Grumman executives, including Presidents, corporate officers, vice presidents, executive assistants, and other senior leaders and stakeholders. Based at the Mission Systems Headquarters in Linthicum, MD, the incumbent independently identifies and develops solutions for Executive IT issues and recommends enhancements to improve the IT experience and functionality for executives.
They will operate in a fast-paced environment under general supervision to resolve issues promptly and effectively with tact and diplomacy.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited:

Provide administrative and operational support for executive offices, desktops, mobile phones, tablets, multimedia/MTR devices, and other executive travel IT equipment.
Diagnose and fix IT software issues, including M365 and other Microsoft Office programs.
We have multiple sites in the BWI area; candidates must be willing to work at each site based on the needs of the business and customers.
Responsible for setting up and maintaining conference room environments and various A/V equipment.
Basic Qualifications:

At minimum, a High School Diploma/GED with 6 years of IT experience is required OR an Associate Degree with 4 years o IT experience is required.
Must have at least 2 years of PC desktop or helpdesk technical support experience supporting large user populations (500+).
Must have experience in support of corporate executives, senior leadership, or other high-level decision makers
Experienced in using ServiceNow Incident Tracking and Trouble Ticketing.
Proficiency in Microsoft products such as Windows 11, M365, Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
Experience with hardware components such as video cards, hard drives, network adapters, and motherboards is required
Must be able to lift 30 pounds on a consistent basis
Candidate must have the ability to obtain, and maintain, a DOD Secret level security clearance as a condition of continued employment
Preferred Qualifications:

Current Secret clearance is nice to have
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in information systems and 4 years of experience providing IT support to executive-level leadership
Professional demeanor, to include superb verbal communication, possess a reputation for good teamwork, and customer service skills
Ability to navigate high-visibility situations with tact and poise
CompTIA A+ or CompTIA Security+ or Network+ certification would be nice to have
Proficiency in remote administration (VPN) and troubleshooting of desktop PCs is highly desirable
Experience in Active Directory in configuring user and computer accounts
Experience supporting VMware VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure)
Experience supporting Windows 11 and BitLocker in a corporate environment
HP and Dell Warranty Support Certification is extremely helpful
Primary Level Salary Range: $69,300.00 - $115,500.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
