Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history.The Supply Chain Manager role within the Strategy and International Sourcing organization is a collaborative function responsible for the development and implementation of advanced supply chain strategies in support of technology maturation, operational deployment, business unit performance and international business objectives and programs. As a leadership position the role will focus on leading cross functional teams with an emphasis for supporting the Mission Systems focused international regions supporting Australia, United Kingdom, Europe, MENA and the Mission Systems European Subsidiaries. This role will afford the opportunity to develop leadership skills for managing international programs, tools and systems, contracts, supplier and competitor intelligence, supply risk management, demand forecasts, capacity analysis, strategic teaming and partnership agreements and make/buy strategies. This position will interface with all Enterprise Sector organizations as well as provide engagement opportunities with Mission Systems leadership, corporate staff, and international customers. This position can be worked in Linthicum, MD, Melbourne, FL or Charlottesville, VA.
Responsibilities include:

Lead projects to frame, develop and deliver solutions to meet the sector's long term international strategic goals.
Monitor and evaluate industry and supplier trends with focus on international regions and provide insight/guidance to future direction
In collaboration with the Corporate Global Business Development Office, Sector Business Development and Contracts monitor global industrial participation and offset polices, develop processes and strategies to enable competitive program pursuits
Monitor key supplier organization, business and financial activities and provide recurring supplier intelligence guidance and manage global approved supplier database
In collaboration with Business Development, support key international campaigns and capture priorities for the development of supply chain strategies
Serve as Strategic Sourcing export subject matter expert and lead engagement activities with Export Management Systems
Support supply chain activities within the international focus regions
Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors degree and a minimum of 8 years of supply chain, business management, operations, logistics, engineering or program management and international supplier development and management; Masters degree and a minimum of 6 years of supply chain, business management, operations, operations, operations, logistics, engineering or program management and International supplier development and management
3+ years of team lead and/or management of people or programs
SAP
US Citizenship
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience leading international supply chain programs or activities

Experience with developing complex agreements such as long-term agreements, teaming agreements, strategic alliances, MOA's, overriding Terms and Conditions
Experience with supplier financial reporting/forecasting, contracting/subcontracting, supplier/program/product scheduling and regulatory compliance.
Experience and subject matter expertise in export management systems including product classification and issuance of manufacturing license agreements.
Experience with Mission Systems product lines and technology building blocks
Experience engaging with Northrop Grumman international entities, demonstrated experience with international customer engagements including high level customer briefings.
* Primary Level Salary Range: $115,000.00 - $190,700.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
