About the Opportunity
This is more than a job; it's a mission.
We're looking for an IT Project and Portfolio Manager to lead the project and portfolio management function across the EMEA region. You will be part of the EMEA IT leadership team, partnering with stakeholders across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
You'll shape how IT projects are delivered, improve our delivery capability and manage a varied portfolio that includes infrastructure, SaaS and custom-built solutions. It's a chance to make a measurable impact, modernise practices and champion project excellence.

Lead the full EMEA IT project portfolio to ensure effective, timely and high-quality delivery.

Manage key IT projects directly and support the wider team delivering the portfolio.
Implement and mature project management disciplines across the EMEA IT function.
Oversee project budgets, resource allocation and financial reporting.
Provide clear, accurate portfolio reporting to senior leaders and stakeholders.
Build strong relationships across technical teams, business units and global service lines.
What We're Looking For
Essential

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business or similar, or extensive equivalent experience.
Proven experience leading full lifecycle IT projects (infrastructure, SaaS or software delivery).
Strong knowledge of frameworks such as PMI, APM, Prince2, MSP or ITIL.
Ability to explain complex technical information clearly to non-technical audiences.
Experience leading diverse or matrixed teams in a fast-paced environment.
Strong judgement, decision-making and risk management skills.
Experience coaching, developing and motivating teams.
Preferred

Experience in manufacturing, engineering, development or production environments.
Consulting experience or delivery of customer-facing projects.
Comfortable making recommendations with organisation-wide impact.
