In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the team's software license compliance and software assets management program. You will be also be responsible for information systems design, development, and analysis in PC application analysis, software development, and systems integration.
Key Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Maintain accurate accountability of software license compliance across the software development environment, including network applications, server OS, databases, and workstation software.
Ensure adherence to Cyber Operations Policy and Procedures
Conducting a complete review of system audits and monitor license status, touching multiple acquisition sources, license models, and accounting categories
Coordinate actions with a wide range of stakeholders and product owners
Basic Qualifications:
This requisition may be filled at an Information Systems Technical Analyst (Level 2) OR Principal Information Systems Technical Analyst (Level 3) level based on the qualifications below.
Information Systems Technical Analyst (Level 2)
Must have a Bachelor's Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) discipline and 2 years of related professional/military experience; OR a Master's Degree in a STEM discipline and 0 years of related professional/military experience.
Must have an active DoD Secret clearance (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation) and the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance, prior to the commencement of employment, within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the company to meet its business need
Ability to make decisions which have impact on the organization's credibility, operations and services
Ability to communicate and present to a diverse set of stakeholders, product owners, customers, and business management organizations
Demonstrated experience supporting or contributing to software license management activities.
Principal Information Systems Technical Analyst (Level 3)
Must have a Bachelor's Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) discipline and 5 years of related professional/military experience; OR a Master's Degree in a STEM discipline and 3 years of related professional/military experience; OR a Ph.D. in a STEM discipline and 1 year of related professional/military experience.
Must have an active DoD Secret clearance (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation) and the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance, prior to the commencement of employment, within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the company to meet its business need
Ability to make decisions which have impact on the organization's credibility, operations and services
Ability to communicate and present to a diverse set of stakeholders, product owners, customers, and business management organizations
Demonstrated experience supporting or contributing to software license management activities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Active certification in software asset management (CSAM, IAITAM, or equivalent)
Experience with license management tools such as FlexLM, Solarwinds, Atlassian, or similar.
Experience with complex networks or enterprise IT systems with multiple domains
A current DoD 8570 Level 2 Certification (i.e. Security+ CE or equivalent).
Understanding of enterprise-level computing platforms involving virtualization, distribution and high availability
Experience with tools to manage storage allocation, reclamation, replication and migration
General understanding of various OS environments including Linux and Windows.
Active Program Access(es)
Primary Level Salary Range: $72,100.00 - $108,100.00Secondary Level Salary Range: $89,400.00 - $134,200.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
