The Industrial Security Analyst - Level 4 will support our Multi Domain Operations Security Team.
In this job, you will:

Develop and administer security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment
Study and implement federal security regulations that apply to company operations
Obtain rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies
Prepare manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to restricted records and materials
Conduct security education classes and security audits
Investigate security violations and prepare reports specifying preventive action to be taken
Demonstrate the skill and ability to perform complex tasks independently without appreciable direction
Support multi-disciplinary (DoD, SAP, SCI) security programs across several Operating Units located at Redondo Beach location
Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignment.
Communicate effectively and clearly present technical approaches and findings.
Develop solutions to complex problems which require the regular use of ingenuity and innovation
Ensure solutions are consistent with organization objectives
Demonstrate excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
Enable effective communication with team members, fellow employees, and government officials
Showcase strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with internal/external customers
Recognize opportunities and take independent action to resolve challenges
Collaborate effectively with security peers and program management team members and work on a team with minimal oversight
Effectively engage with team members on task completion

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with 8 years of professional experience - OR - Master's degree with 6 years of professional experience - OR - PhD with 4 years of professional experience
Will consider an additional four years of experience in lieu of a degree
Requires an active U.S. Government DoD Top-Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with an ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) and/or Sensitive Compartmented information (SCI) approval(s) within a reasonable period of time
Must have in-depth knowledge with the CFR 32 part 117 (NISPOM); Joint Air Force, Army and Navy (JAFAN), Intelligence Community Directives (ICD); DoD Manuals, and other related security requirements
Preferred Qualifications:

Active SCI & SAP access
Current Polygraph
Demonstrated organizational skills
Working knowledge of Northrop Grumman and Government systems (ESIS, DISS, JADE)

Primary Level Salary Range: $117,500.00 - $176,300.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
