Environment Health and Safety Lead ACT/NSW

Participating in and leading EHS audits activities, both internal and external.

Liaising, connecting with and maintaining relationships with external parties regarding EHS, including government authorities, legislative bodies and industry groups within the relevant State/Territory.

Participating in people cyclical activities including but not limited to Goal Setting, Quarterly Connections, Performance management, merit review processes, engagement survey's and alike.

Supporting the EHS responsibilities of site/program managers by assisting in the identification of hazards, the implementation of risk controls and monitoring the effectiveness of controls.

About You:

Diploma of Work Health & Safety / Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent.

Lead Auditor in either ISO 45001, ISO 14001 or ISO 90.

Incident Investigation Certificate.

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

Current Australian Drivers' License.

Risk Management Certificate.

Certified OHS Professional with AIHS.

Project Management.

Injury Management, Rehabilitation and Return to Work.

First Aid Certificate.

Mental Health First Aid Certificate or equivalent.

5+ years working in a similar or related field of health and safety - aviation, manufacturing, mining, construction and energy

Experience in developing and/or implementing health and wellbeing programs
