Job Responsibilities:

Perform Low to High, High to High and High to low classified data transfers across networks in support of program objectives
Gather, maintain, format, compile, and manipulate technical data and engineering design changes.
Maintain compliance with National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), the DCSA Assessment and Authorization Process Manual (DAAPM), and applicable site-specific processes
Organize and catalogue the movement of large datasets between systems
Support organization, decomposition, migration, and disposition of high-density technical datasets in support of the program engineering team
Facilitate and track the creation, revision, and approval process of security change control board (CCB) items submitted on behalf of the program

Support cross-functional initiatives (e.g., process improvements, technology migrations)
Maintain auditable documentation relating to data transfer activities and security-relevant events
Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and propose tools or templates
Conduct off-hours or after-hours data transfers on an as-needed basis in support of critical program milestones
Basic Qualifications for Engineering Technician Level 2:

High School diploma, or equivalent and 2 years additional education and/or related experience
Active US DoD Secret Security clearance, or higher at the time of application
Demonstrated competency in desktop and publishing applications, should include the following: Microsoft 365 Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint)
Demonstrated competency with performing data transfer onto CD, DVD, and USB devices to/from secure systems
Demonstrated competency with Adobe Acrobat Suite
Ability to interpret requirement specifications and technical drawings
Basic Qualifications for Engineering Technician Level 3:

High School diploma, or equivalent and 4 years additional education and/or related experience
Active US DoD Secret Security clearance, or higher at the time of application
Demonstrated competency in desktop and publishing applications, should include the following: Microsoft 365 Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint)
Demonstrated competency with performing data transfer onto CD, DVD, and USB devices to/from secure systems
Demonstrated competency with Adobe Acrobat Suite
Ability to interpret requirement specifications and technical drawings
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the military aerospace development environment
Experience using and performing data transfers to and from the MDA CNET classified network
* Experience working in a classified environment and appropriately marking and handling classified material
Primary Level Salary Range: $48,400.00 - $80,600.00Secondary Level Salary Range: $57,500.00 - $95,900.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
