This role leads the ERP-Supply Chain Organization which includes the following:

Purchase to Pay Value Stream

Tax

Transportation

Travel

This leadership role also entails 3 main responsibilities - BUILD, RUN and INNOVATE - but the most important thing is to drive strategic priority with the customers, which include GSC, FSS or the sectors. 70% of the responsibilities are strategic and 30% of the responsibilities are execution.
The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Define and Deliver 3-5 years strategic priority for those different areas
2. Drive innovation
3. Deliver exemplary performance for RUN - ensuring that the day to day operations are efficient, being measured and continually improved.
4. Driving key critical ERP projects such as Cost point to S/4 migration and PEO deployment.
5. Deliver committed Service Lines Project while managing the pipeline to ensure a discipline demand management.
6. Ensuring that resources planning are up to date and being done continuously
7. Staying on top of Financial performance - driving the organization to perform within the budget being given and make tough decision related to priority and capacity
8. People aspect - ensuring that we mentor, nurture and developing talent and stay focus on individual development.
RUN - BUILD - INNOVATE - FINANCIAL - PEOPLE
This role is 100% virtual/work from home. Candidates who reside near a major Northrop Grumman facility are preferred (Redondo Beach, CA, Irving, TX, Baltimore, MD, Rolling Meadows, IL, Huntsville, AL, Melbourne, FL, Falls Church, VA)
Basic Qualifications:

Must have, at minimum a Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, IT or relevant area of study with at least 14 years of relevant experience OR 12 years of relevant experience with a Masters Degree.

Must have Business experience with Purchase to Pay Value Stream

Must have experience collaborating with Vice President level and above in charting technology roadmaps based on business requirements

Must have experience leading a medium to large sized team

Must have ERP experience

Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

At least 10 years of experience with SAP MM module

Experience in Lean Management

* Experience leading AI efforts

Primary Level Salary Range: $185,400.00 - $278,000.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
