This role will report to the Sr Manager of Platforms and Automation will be remote and/or hybrid supporting the Falls Church, VA office.

Insights & Intelligence (i2) is reimagining decision making at Northrop Grumman. As part of our Chief Information & Digital Office (CIDO), i2 works with all enterprise domains and businesses to drive our data, analytics & AI transformation.
The selected candidate will support the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and user enablement of our business-intelligence and data-prep platforms. You will work closely with analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to ensure our data tools are reliable, secure, and performant.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Provision, configure, and de-provision user accounts and licenses in Tableau Server, Alteryx, and Power BI.
Manage content by organizing workbooks, dashboards, and workflows into logical folders with easy-to-understand naming conventions and publishing standards.
Assist users in optimizing data extracts, scheduled refreshes, and Alteryx workflows.
Ensure systems are compliant with relevant access controls and security standards.
Provide metrics to evaluate system performance including user-level license and resource consumption metrics.
Work alongside data scientists and i2 functional teams to provide support for new and existing workflows.
Basic Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience with a Bachelors degree OR 0 Years of experience with a relevant Masters degree OR 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of the degree requirement
Must have a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with at least one of the following: Tableau (Server or Desktop), Alteryx, PowerBI
Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience working with cloud (AWS or Azure) infrastructure and services
Must have experience managing Windows and Linux server environments
Must have basic knowledge of database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and distributed computing systems
Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related field is preferred
Hands-on experience with scripting languages such as Python
Experience with DevOps practices and tools for automation, CI/CD, and configuration management.
Relevant certification related to the management of business intelligence tools
Primary Level Salary Range: $83,400.00 - $125,200.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
