You will interface with numerous departments and will directly support cross-campus collaboration. Performs variety of activities in support of the Operations Design Engineering Department.

Supports the processing of engineering procurement in support of test equipment build efforts as well as other engineering needs.
Gathers, collects, records, tracks and verifies data and information from multiple sources.
Compiles, reviews and analyzes data.
Uses software for functional areas to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations.
May design processes to enhance workflow.
Provides data and information to others in the factory about status, processes and procedures.
Role and Responsibilities:
Provides administrative support to the factory floor as well as engineering teams.
Collaborate to support the building of test equipment and engineering prototype builds, providing material procurement and the expediting of materials to meet required completion dates.
Support experimental projects driving innovation and technological advancement.
Aid in providing estimates and proposals for sub and final assemblies.
Observes all company policies and procedures, including safety rules, and maintains a clean and orderly work area.
Performs other related responsibilities as requested.
Basic Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent and 4 years of additional education and/or experience in administrative field.
Procurement experience.
Demonstrated experience prioritizing tasks.
Experience in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
US Citizenship.
Ability to obtain and maintain Secret Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Current/Active Secret Clearance.
Knowledge of SAP.
Parts tracking/management experience.
Demonstrates effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a team environment.

Primary Level Salary Range: $48,400.00 - $80,600.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
