The annual base salary for this position ranges from $69,900.00 in our lowest geographic market to $138,300.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for a Brand Marketing Sport and Training Specialist to join our Nike NYC Brand Management team. This role will focus on supporting the marketplace amplification, strategy & execution of Global Sport and Train priority concepts in New York. The NYC Brand Marketing Sports and Training specialist will be responsible for executing work that serves both our multi-year and seasonal brand plans. Candidate should have an understanding and deep passion for the city's dynamic sports environment, with expertise spanning across Football, Baseball, Tennis, and Golf and Training.

The ideal candidate is forward-thinking and curious, can balance projects that require senior guidance and professional autonomy, is attune to our ever-evolving consumer trends, and has deep knowledge of the Sport and Training landscape in NYC and beyond. This individual will thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with North America and Global functions, and city partners.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

As a Brand Marketing Specialist for Sport and Train in NYC, you are responsible for contributing to and supporting key workstreams that make our brand, product, and services resonate with our NYC consumers, while driving a networked offense across Global, Geo and City Teams.

As the NYC Brand Marketing Sport & Train Brand Specialist, you will:

  • Support and drive the execution of seasonal, integrated marketing plans across channels
  • Build and maintain strong collaboration across key cross-functional partners
  • Oversee product sourcing, management, and seamless integration into programming
  • Manage end-to-end project execution from insight to activation with operational rigor
  • Lead the development and synthesis of consumer and market insights to inform strategy
  • Cultivate and manage on-the-ground relationships with key consumer, community and grassroots organizations
  • Partner with key cross-functional team members to define, adapt, extend, and execute physical and digital consumer experiences
  • Leverage Nike owned and third-party partner tools for project management
  • Partner with finance and Brand Planning and Operations to track expenses and ensure alignment with allocations

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training
  • Demonstrated genuine passion an understanding of the NYC consumer, trainers, community leaders, trends, modalities, product, and sources of influence in NYC
  • Exceptional relationship management skills that will serve both internal and external partners
  • 3+ years' experience in consumer marketing or related experience in retail marketing and/or digital brand marketing
  • Strong written, visual, and verbal/presentation skills.
  • Experience working within teams and a team-first mentality, but still has the ability to work autonomously when required
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Digital marketing acumen and creator-led content experience
  • Curiosity, creativity, and adaptability
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, and strategic thinking
  • Detail oriented nature across workstreams large and small
