WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a Community & City Experience expert to execute cross-functional FOP initiatives. The ideal candidate will plan and execute regional campaigns and city-level programs to expand our city network. We are looking for a results-driven professional with strong logical thinking and communication skills, and a mindset rooted in sports, luxury, and lifestyle trends.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

You will bring our city strategy to life by leveraging community landscapes and local city experiences. With a deep respect for sports and athletes, you will translate these values into tailored city-level approaches. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute city plans effectively.

Covering Shanghai, Greater Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and the Greater Bay Area, you will expand the city network and creatively bring city strategies to life across diverse markets. You will also partner with key stakeholders to drive retail excellence.

WHAT YOU BRING

• 2+ years of brand experience in sports, lifestyle, trend & luxury, with strong logical thinking around city-level opportunities and community landscapes, and the ability to translate city strategy into creative tactics.
• Deep knowledge of sports, fashion, trends, and lifestyle marketing approaches, with the ability to apply cross-industry insights to the sports industry.
• Strong understanding of the FOP city vision, with solid O2O expertise to communicate and implement it effectively.
• Proven relationship-building and communication skills with city communities across various FOPs, ability to maintain strong ties with city athletes and continuously deliver timely, valuable community insights.
• A collaborative team player who works cohesively across project workstreams, is results-oriented, and efficiently supports the city team.
