Specialist II, Digital Marketing 3PP Korea
WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
Reporting to the Manager of Digital Marketing 3PP (third-party platform) in Seoul, the role partners with Korea and APLA (Asia Pacific Latin America) Marketing, Marketplace, Retail, Digital teams, and external partners such as MUSINSA and 29CM to deliver brand initiatives and create seamless omnichannel consumer experiences that drive demand across third-party platforms.

Nike seeks a 3PP Specialist who is passionate about shaping the future of sport and elevating consumer experiences on MUSINSA. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys turning constraints into creative opportunities, who is comfortable moving between strategies and execution details, and who takes ownership from brief to post-campaign analysis. The ideal candidate combines forward-thinking with hands-on execution, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to drive Nike's brand presence on leading partner platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of Retail, Digital, or Brand Marketing experience
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Korean
- Critical thinker with a sense of ownership and test-and-learn mindset
- High interest or background in sport, youth culture, fashion, and industry landscape
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with precision

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
You will own and execute Nike marketing's presence on Korea's most influential third-party platforms, shaping how young consumers experience Nike beyond Nike-owned channels. You will plan and execute omnichannel marketing campaigns for partners such as MUSINSA, ensuring brand alignment and operational excellence. You will also be responsible for implementing a unified journey based on Nike's strategy for a consistent and connected brand experience. You will drive cross-channel brand presence through close collaboration between internal teams and external partners.
- Accelerate O2O (Online-to-Offline) brand engagement and business growth with partners, highlighting Nike lifestyle among young consumers
- Represent Nike in collaborating with partners for creative briefs, alignment, and production
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Brand Management, Retail Partners, and Marketplace teams to amplify brand moments with key products
- Operationalize both omnichannel marketing use cases and best practices informed by insights and analytics
- Uphold brand standards in day-to-day decisions, viewing third-party platforms as key brand touchpoints for consumer experience
