Specialist I, Retail Marketing, Visual Merchandising, TW GC
Responsibilities:
VM Strategy & Standards
Develop, maintain, and implement VM concepts, seasonal directives, and presentation standards across the Taiwan market, ensuring consistency with brand direction and image.
Store Opening & Retail Projects
Lead VM planning and execution for new store openings, remodels, relocations, and rezone projects, including floor planning, product presentation, VM readiness, on-site setup, and opening execution.
Store Execution & Retail Excellence
Execute and maintain VM presentation across key stores, including hands-on product merchandising, seasonal campaign setup, product reflow, and in-store adjustments. Conduct store visits and work closely with retailers to ensure high-quality and consistent execution while driving retail excellence and consumer experience.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Collaborate with Geo VM and Taiwan cross-functional teams, including Sales, Retail Brand, Store design, and other key stakeholders, on project planning, business priorities, execution, and progress tracking.
VM Insights & Recommendations
Provide professional VM recommendations and marketplace insights based on frontline observations, consumer needs, and retail trends to support business priorities and enhance the overall brand and retail experience.
VM Capability Building
Partner with retailer VM teams and in-store VM talent through coaching, hands-on store practice, seasonal training, and workshops to strengthen VM capability and execution consistency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with good English communication skills in both speaking and writing.
- 4+ years of relevant Visual Merchandising experience, with experience in fast fashion, sportswear, or other retail brand environments.
- Hands-on experience in store openings and retail projects, with the ability to manage VM planning through on-site execution.
- Strong analytical and retail presentation skills, with good awareness of market trends, styling, and consumer needs, and the ability to translate insights into actionable VM recommendations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and retail partners and provide practical VM guidance to retailer and in-store teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and graphic design/editing software.
