Senior Supervisor, Retail Marketing, EKIN, East GC

As part of the East Greater China EKIN team, you will lead the execution of Nike's EKIN strategy across key cities and retail doors, driving athlete engagement, community growth, and consumer experiences that connect people to sport.

Reporting to the Manager, EKIN, East & South GC, you will lead a team of EKIN Specialists and translate seasonal priorities into impactful marketplace execution.

Key Responsibilities

Execution

• Lead seasonal EKIN initiatives across East GC.
• Drive athlete education, community activations, and consumer experiences.
• Ensure consistent execution and operational excellence across stores and cities.

Community & Consumer Engagement

• Lead running, fitness, basketball, and sport community programs.
• Strengthen athlete and member connections to the Nike brand.
• Capture consumer and marketplace insights to inform future opportunities.

Team Leadership

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of EKIN Specialists.
• Set priorities, manage performance, and build team capability.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing culture.

Cross-Functional Partnership

• Partner with Marketplace, Stores, Marketing, and Operations teams.
• Align resources and execution plans to maximize business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Retail Marketing, Brand Marketing, Community Marketing, Sports Marketing, or related functions.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Fluent Mandarin and professional English.
• Passion for sport, community building, and consumer engagement.
