Senior Principal, Central and South America Country Lead - Andean Region
WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
In this role, you will partner closely with the CaSA General Manager and the CaSA cross-functional leadership team to drive distributor-led growth. You'll work across Finance, Legal, Operations, Sports Marketing, and LatAm/APLA functional leaders, aligning marketplace plans and execution across channels and key Sport Dimensions while strengthening senior relationships with distributor leadership.

The candidate is a strategic and collaborative leader with strong distributor management capability and a proven ability to translate strategy into disciplined execution. They are comfortable working across cultures and functions, bring analytics fluency to KPI management, and balance near-term marketplace needs with long-term trade-offs. They build trust, communicate a clear vision, and lead change while acting in service of consumers and partners.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
You will lead and guide distributor business operations across one or more countries, ensuring strong strategic alignment and execution of Nike initiatives to improve consumer service and deliver sustainable growth. You'll set clarity on priorities, track performance through KPIs, and mobilize cross-functional teams to deliver the marketplace plan.
- Provide leadership and strategic guidance to enhance distributor-led business operations across the Andean Region.
- Drive and support execution of strategic plans, Nike initiatives, and playbooks for the integrated marketplace.
- Act as a liaison with cross-functional teams to ensure distributor compliance with Nike guidelines and brand strategies across channels.
- Partner with the CaSA GM to set strategic direction, deliver financial and consumer goals, and represent the region in key decisions.
- Lead the distributor AOP process, negotiate impacts to distribution plans, and ensure alignment with CaSA strategy.
- Establish and communicate clear KPIs: track progress, identify opportunities, and share insights on consumer trends and needs.
- Build strong working relationships with senior distributor leadership and strengthen alignment across the distributor cross-functional team.
