Define and lead the Global Apparel & Accessories digital portfolio, ensuring that transformation efforts are intentional, prioritized, and aligned with Nike's broader strategic goals; oversee end-to-end discovery, sequencing, and governance of digital transformation initiatives that will redefine how we plan, create, and assort apparel and accessories; deploy against process design requirements to shape the future operating model, ensuring new digital solutions enhance efficiency, scalability, and innovation; ensure initiatives are business-driven but enabled by technology, ensuring that digital transformation directly supports operational needs and value creation; partner with technology and product teams to drive seamless execution and scalable adoption; align with operational and capability leaders, engaging super users and senior-level stakeholders to ensure buy-in and measurable impact; ensure teams are organized, resourced, and motivated to advance these initiatives effectively; define key success metrics, critical outcomes, and performance indicators to track progress across various transformation stages; ensure alignment with other enterprise initiatives and eliminating redundancies to maximize efficiency and impact; make data-driven prioritization and trade-off decisions to balance consumer experience, launch complexity, business value, and execution feasibility; remove obstacles and help teams navigate the organization efficiently to optimize success; foster crossfunctional knowledge sharing and alignment across teams through structured forums and governance models; stay ahead of AI, machine learning, and automation trends to ensure we harness technology to create intelligent, adaptive, and scalable solutions; and apply qualitative research and process automation best practices to drive continuous improvement and competitive differentiation.
