We're looking for a Senior Merchant to join the Global Sportswear - Men's Footwear team. In this role, you help craft future strategies, develop the long-range line plans, and create consumer right assortments that will help drive growth in this critical silo within our product portfolio.

A successful Senior Merchant will thrive and be self-driven to lead their business with autonomy, while contributing to an inclusive, positive, and progressive team dynamic.

What you will work on

As a Senior Merchant on the Global Merchandising team, you'll utilize marketplace data, consumer insights, foresight, and hindsight to influence strategy and create strategic line plans to serve our consumer. You'll partner closely with product creation partners to ensure our product lines can are aligned to the opportunities that have been identified. You'll lead the management of our merchandising KPIs through robust analysis of retail insights and performance. You'll build positive and trustworthy relationships with your partners to build and land the line plans and seasonal assortments that exceeds the expectations of our consumers.

Who you will work with

You will work closely with global and geo merchants and cross-functional teams within product creation, planning and brand marketing. We also work with finance, operations and insights/analytics teams.

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
  • 2+ years of experience in Retail Buying, Merchandising, Product Management or relevant experience
  • Demonstrated understanding of consumer and marketplace dynamics
  • Proficiency in analyzing business and consumer trends
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience driving new projects or concepts
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presenting to cross-functional partners
  • Team-first mentality
