Senior Manager, Kids Tees Apparel Graphic Design
WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
This role reports to the Director, Kids Graphic Design and leads the creative direction for Kids Tees apparel graphics. This leader partners closely with Product Management, Merchandising, and Development to create compelling, high-volume graphic product.
This role collaborates with Sportswear and other Kids categories to ensure alignment and consistency across the broader Kids graphic landscape.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Nike is seeking a Senior Manager with exceptional graphic design craft and creative leadership. This leader elevates Kids Tees through strong illustration, typography, and concept-driven storytelling while operating at speed and scale. The role sets a high creative bar and builds systems that enable teams to deliver expressive, on-brand, and commercially relevant graphics across high-volume assortments.
The ideal candidate:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.
- 8+ years of apparel graphic design experience, including leadership experience
- Demonstrates expert-level graphic design skills across illustration, typography, and layout
- Applies strong conceptual thinking, translating ideas into clear and compelling graphic narratives
- Brings a refined eye for design, composition, and visual storytelling for kids' consumers
- Builds scalable graphic systems that maintain creativity across large assortments
- Leads with clarity and efficiency, enabling teams to move quickly without sacrificing craft
- Demonstrates strong people leadership, developing talent and fostering a culture of creativity and accountability
- Partners effectively with Merchandising and Product teams to align creative with business needs
- Balances creative expression with commercial awareness, understanding what resonates in the marketplace
- Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in illustration, typography, and concept-driven design
- Experience working in high-volume graphic categories (tees or similar)
- Strong understanding of product creation and graphic application
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
You will lead the creation and execution of graphic direction for Kids Tees, delivering a consistent pipeline of compelling, consumer-right product across seasons. You will drive concept development, review illustration and typography systems, align with cross-functional partners on product strategy, and optimize team workflows.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead seasonal graphic direction for Kids Tees apparel, with a focus on concept-driven design and storytelling
- Drive excellence in illustration, typography, and graphic composition across all product
- Build scalable graphic systems that flex across high-volume assortments while maintaining creativity
- Set a high bar for design craft and execution by reviewing and elevating team output
- Partner closely with Merchandising and Product teams to align on product opportunities and storytelling
- Drive speed and efficiency in workflows while protecting the integrity of design
- Coach and develop designers, strengthening both conceptual thinking and craft capabilities
- Identify opportunities to innovate within the tees category through new graphic approaches, styles, and expressions
