4 days ago• Beaverton, OR

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

The North America Brand Merchandising team connects sport, consumer, product and marketplace strategies to deliver a cohesive Nike offense. This role reports to the Senior Director of North America Brand Merchandising, leads the Footwear Brand Merchandising team, and partners closely with Sport, Channel, Nike Direct, Planning, Finance, Brand and Global Merchandising teams.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a strategic, consumer-obsessed footwear merchandising leader who can see across sports, franchises, price points and channels, then turn complexity into clear choices and action. The right candidate combines deep footwear and marketplace expertise with strong commercial judgment, analytical rigor and an instinct for product. They can move fluidly from long-range portfolio strategy to seasonal execution, using consumer, business and competitive insights to identify growth opportunities and sharpen the line. This leader must be comfortable influencing without direct authority, building alignment across diverse teams and constructively challenging the status quo. They communicate with clarity, make decisions with conviction and create the conditions for others to do their best work. They will bring a collaborative, team-first leadership style and a commitment to coaching and developing talent.
