The Senior Administrative Assistant supports two senior directors: the Senior Retail Director and the Senior Sales Director. This person serves as a trusted partner who creates focus, strengthens connections, and helps the business move forward. Working at the intersection of people, priorities, and processes, they anticipate needs, manage complexity, and enable the leaders and their teams to operate at pace. Through proactive partnership, strong organization, and sound judgment, they bring clarity, momentum, and a consistent NIKE presence to every interaction.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

NIKE is looking for an experienced Senior Administrative Assistant who brings clarity and momentum to a fast-moving, results-driven environment. The ideal candidate is curious, highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities.

• Proven administrative experience supporting senior leaders in an international environment; previous Nike experience is an advantage

• Ability to build trusted relationships and communicate effectively with colleagues and senior executives across diverse teams and working styles

• Proactive, structured, and collaborative approach, with the ability to anticipate needs and move work forward

• Adaptability and sound judgment when priorities shift or information is incomplete

• Strong organization and prioritization skills, with the discretion to handle confidential and sensitive information

• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, as well as virtual meeting tools such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

As a trusted administrative partner, you will create the structure and coordination that help leaders and teams perform at their best. You will:

• Manage complex calendars: Schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences; resolve conflicts; and coordinate with teammates and leaders

• Plan meetings and events: Secure venues, manage budgets and catering, shape agendas, and coordinate with internal and external partners

• Prepare for meetings, capture notes and key decisions, and follow up on action items

• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment

• Plan and deliver logistics for global visits, Leadership Team meetings, market visits, team offsites, and events

• Strengthen team connection and culture through staff meetings, team-building activities, offsites, and thoughtful workspace experiences

• Manage expenses: Prepare expense reports, track budgets, and process invoices and purchase orders

• Coordinate travel: Book flights, accommodation, and transportation, and manage itineraries and required documentation

• Create and organize documents: Produce, edit, and format presentations, documents, and email correspondence

• Support leader communications: Draft, edit, and send communications on the leaders' behalf and under their direction

• Provide backup support across the administrative community, including coverage for other assistants when needed
