Sales Representative, Intersport, Key Accounts (m/f/d)
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Sales Representative responsible for servicing the Intersport Key Accounts in the AGS region (Austria, Germany, Switzerland). The role is based in Mainhausen (Frankfurt Rhine-Main region) and works closely with one of our strategic key accounts, Intersport AGS.
This role requires strong communication skills in both English and German, strategic thinking, and a solid understanding of customer management. The ideal candidate brings an interest in the international sports market and is open to regular travel as part of the role.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
Supporting the Sports offense, you will help drive sustainable growth with one of our most strategic accounts. You will define and execute sales strategies, monitor customer, competitor, and market dynamics, and turn insights into clear, actionable plans. Your work will include research, business development, and sales administration, as well as contributing to semi-annual account business plans and monthly revenue targets. You will also support the planning and execution of national and international B2B trade shows and help build and maintain strong customer relationships.
By applying strong customer service skills and developing deep product, category, and marketplace knowledge, you will build trusted partnerships and contribute to consistent growth and target achievement.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
Within the Nike matrix, you will collaborate with a cross-functional team and work closely with partners across the European headquarters. You will report to the Senior Manager, Intersport, AGS, and engage with stakeholders across sales, merchandising, and operations.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Initial experience in sales management, marketing, or customer management
- Ability to understand and work with complex, role-specific information
- Demonstrated interest in the sports industry
- Strong communication skills in English and German, both written and verbal
- Willingness to travel and a mindset focused on learning and development
- A positive, solution-oriented approach and clear presentation skills
- Ability to take on challenges and use data and insights to support decision-making
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to contribute effectively within a team
