  • Plan the account business by developing forecasts and scenario plans informed by category, consumer, partner, brand, and marketplace insights.
  • Manage the end-to-end account business to drive net revenue growth and net contribution.
  • Manage the partner and marketplace by ensuring Nike stories and products are presented effectively within the account and aligned with the Nike Marketplace strategy.
  • Manage complex partner relationships to a high standard, independently supporting commercial goals through sound judgement and effective problem-solving while contributing to the team's collective performance.
  • Collaborate on the partner experience in Milan during sell-in, working closely with office administration, the Milan Experience Lead, and cross-functional partners-including Merchandising-to deliver an excellent sell-in experience.
  • Actively contribute to and participate in Ground Game (Authenticators).
  • Ensure a recurring and consistent presence in the retail market by collaborating closely with partners and buyers through store visits, staff training, and competitor insights, where relevant and within the travel and expense budget.
