NIKE, Inc. Supply Chain Innovation Graduate Internship
The NIKE, Inc. Global Supply Chain & Operations (GSCO) team is the engine that propels product
around the world. Our Supply Chain experts ensure that every year, almost a billion units of
footwear, apparel and equipment arrive at the right place, at the right time. We plan, make, and
position products to deliver on our athlete* promise on a global scale. GSCO strives towards a
more responsive, resilient, and responsible supply chain to drive efficiencies and support the
rapid evolution and growth of our marketplace and consumers.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Our Supply Chain Innovation Team is looking for talent with an interest in supporting our global supply chain network by building product through a vast network of suppliers and manufacturers and fulfilling shipments with a complex distribution system capable of adapting to constant change.
WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE:
In the NIKE, Inc. Summer Internship Program, you'll contribute to high-priority, real business initiatives that align with the NIKE, Inc. strategic roadmap.
With the guidance of senior leaders and experienced managers, you'll take ownership of a project that's been scoped to drive impact. These projects are designed to challenge your critical thinking, further develop your skills and foster effective collaboration while contributing directly to your team's goals.
As a Supply Chain Innovation Intern, you will have an opportunity to work on the following types of projects:
- Influence Nike's Sourcing & Manufacturing strategy through:
- Development of sourcing & costing frameworks for new geos
- Evaluation of supplier capabilities to drive flexibility in the source base
- Establishment of internal and external partner engagement models
- Optimize Nike Supply Chain processes through:
- Data analytics and system mapping
- Formulation of metrics & KPIs that relate to Nike's targets
- Creation of tools and playbooks for cross-functional stakeholders
- Supply & Demand forecasting & planning

WHAT YOU BRING:
Qualifications:
- Enrolled in a MBA program with an expected graduation date of December 2026 or Spring 2027
- Background in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Analytics, Manufacturing, Engineering, Business or related field
- 3-5 years work experience strongly preferred
- Cover letter and resume submission (PDF strongly preferred)
Skills:
- Ability to work cross-functionally, influence other teams, and leverage internal and external resources
- Ability to manage ambiguity with a bias for action
- Ability to decipher themes, make decisions, and draw conclusions from large datasets
- Experience in process and/or workflow mapping is a plus
- Experience with collaboration and management tools (Miro, Lucidchart, Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.) is a plus
- GenAI Prompt Engineering Experience is a plus
- Have a growth mindset, be inquisitive, and have a process orientated mindset
- Proficiency with MS Excel at an intermediate level including VLOOKUPs, pivots, and formulas
- Compelling, high-impact storyteller with the ability to influence at multiple levels throughout the organization
- Supply Chain operations and retail industry knowledge is a plus
- Experience with analytical tools is a plus
