NIKE, INC. APPRENTICESHIP COMMUNICATIONS
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
The apprentice will work with the Communications Managers and report to the Director of Communications in Nike's Paris office, supporting Brand, Employee, and Corporate Communications. They will support storytelling across Nike's Fields of Play, helping bring sport, culture and innovation to life. The role offers daily collaboration with category leads, cross functional teams, and EMEA Communications partners to build authentic connections with consumers and employees.

- A background in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing or a related field
- Well-organized, able to juggle priorities and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Curious about sport, culture and media and excited by how brand connect with communities
- A strong storyteller, fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
- Brings curiosity, creativity and positive energy within the team, with a mindset to learn, collaborate and grow
IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN INTERNSHIP, YOU MUST
- Be a student at a French-recognized program for the whole duration of the apprenticeship (Bachelor, Master, CPA).
- Be available for a minimum 2-year part-time (35h/weekly) apprenticeship starting September 1st 2026.
- Be able to work in a hybrid model: 2 days from home and other day(s) in the Nike France office in Paris (79 Av. des Champs-Elysee, Paris)
- You hold EU/EEA citizenship and are enrolled in a French-recognized program
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
In this role, the apprentice will support how Nike shows up in France through brand, media, and internal communications. Working across teams and Fields of Play, they will help turn insights into impactful stories, support key brand moments, and gain hands on experience in a fast paced, collaborative communications environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn how sport, culture and storytelling come together at one of the world's most iconic brands.
Key focus areas include:
- Brand, Media & Fields of Play Communications: Supporting press materials, media monitoring, product seeding, events, and storytelling across Running, Football, Basketball, Sportswear, and Jordan, while learning how brands show up authentically through sport.

- Corporate & Employee Communications: Contributing to both external and internal storytelling, including employee engagement moments, events, newsletters, and content creation that connect teams and bring Nike's culture to life.
- Insights, Reporting & Team Support: Gathering insights, supporting presentations and reporting, and helping the Communications team operate smoothly day to day, building strong foundations in planning, coordination and communication.
