The Nike N7 team is a unique group with a powerful mission: to empower Native American and Indigenous youth through sport. Since 2000, Nike has partnered with Indigenous leaders and community experts to design products and programs that empower youth and promote physical activity. Through the N7 Fund, Nike invests millions annually in nonprofits serving Native and Indigenous communities across North America. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Nike N7 is seeking a passionate student who cares deeply about Native American and Indigenous cultures communities. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm for Nike, the N7 mission, and community involvement. Candidates should be enrolled in a bachelor's or co-term master's degree program with an expected graduation date of December 2026 or Spring 2027, preferably with a background in business administration or related fields. Understanding and knowledge of Native and Indigenous communities and volunteer experience is preferred

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE:

In the NIKE, Inc. Summer Internship Program, you'll contribute to high-priority, real business initiatives that align with the NIKE, Inc. strategic roadmap.

With the guidance of senior leaders and experienced managers, you'll take ownership of a project that's been scoped to drive impact. These projects are designed to challenge your critical thinking, further develop your skills and foster effective collaboration while contributing directly to your team's goals.

As an N7 Intern, you will play a key role in launching, communicating, evaluating, and delivering projects that advance our mission. Your responsibilities may include scheduling, budgeting, organizing materials, managing communications between managers and stakeholders, and supporting meetings with partners. You will follow up on assigned tasks and help ensure project success. At the end of the internship, you will present your work and insights to N7 stakeholders, helping shape future strategy and deepen community engagement.

WHAT YOU BRING

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or co-term master's degree program with an expected graduation date of December 2026 or Spring 2027


  • Background in business administration or related field


  • Passion for the N7 brand and sports in general


  • Understanding and knowledge of Native and Indigenous communities


  • Volunteer experience in community settings is a plus


  • Resume submission (PDF) required

Skills:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, with strong presentation and planning capabilities.


  • Proven leadership in projects or people, with a focus on detail, initiative, and results.


  • Skilled in navigating ambiguity and collaborating effectively within team environments.


  • Passionate about learning and growth, with experience and interest in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.


  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiar with digital and social media marketing tools
