Key Skills and Qualifications

• 7-8 years of proven Anaplan model building experience, including complex modules and workflows.
• Strong knowledge of Anaplan architecture connected planning, and governance.
• Expertise in Anaplan integrations and data platforms.
• Solid understanding of financial planning, supply chain, or sales performance management.
• Experience leading engineering teams and mentoring junior model builders.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional Solution Architect or Master Anaplanner designation preferred.

• Architect and implement scalable Anaplan solutions across financial, operational, and strategic domains.
• Lead requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
• Oversee Anaplan integrations and data platforms.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in design, governance, and documentation.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end planning solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production.
• Contribute to the strategic roadmap by evaluating new features and tools.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, ensuring solutions align with business goals.
