Lead Recruiter, Talent Acquisition - Nike India Marketplace

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition for Nike India, this role builds strong partnerships across India, the geography, and Nike's global recruiting organization. This individual collaborates closely with University Relations, Sourcing, Recruiting Services, Business Human Resources, Total Rewards, and cross-functional partners to attract exceptional talent and deliver a premium hiring experience.

Nike is looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional with deep knowledge of India's consumer marketplace and a passion for connecting exceptional talent with meaningful career opportunities. This individual brings expertise in hiring Marketing, Digital, and Sales talent within multinational organizations or leading agencies and excels at balancing strategic thinking with operational excellence.

They navigate complexity with confidence, use market intelligence and recruitment insights to shape hiring strategies, and influence talent decisions through strong judgment and business acumen. They build credibility with senior leaders, challenge thinking constructively, and provide a clear talent perspective informed by the evolving needs of the business and the Nike brand.

• 10+ years of talent acquisition experience, including significant experience hiring consumer marketplace talent within leading multinational corporations or agencies.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end recruitment for mid- to senior-level, specialized, and business-critical positions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience advising and influencing senior business leaders and hiring managers.
• Experience using market insights, talent mapping, competitive intelligence, and recruitment data to develop hiring strategies and recommendations.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

You will lead end-to-end talent acquisition for Nike India's Consumer Marketplace functions, connecting exceptional Marketing, Digital, and Sales talent with business-critical opportunities. Through talent-market expertise, trusted partnerships, and focused execution, you will strengthen organizational capability, accelerate business priorities, and help fuel Nike's continued growth in India.

• Own full-lifecycle recruiting across the Consumer Marketplace organization, from search strategy through hire.
• Partner with hiring managers, senior business leaders, and Human Resources partners to understand evolving capability needs and develop tailored talent strategies.
• Lead high-impact searches for mid- to senior-level, specialized, and business-critical Marketing, Digital, and Sales positions.
• Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, professional networks, and relevant talent channels to engage high-caliber candidates.
• Provide talent-market insights, competitive intelligence, and workforce perspectives that help leaders make informed, forward-looking hiring decisions.
• Build sustainable talent pipelines and deliver a seamless, premium experience for candidates and hiring managers at every touchpoint.
• Champion continuous improvement, strengthen recruiting practices, and leverage talent acquisition data to enable faster, smarter, and more impactful hiring.
