The Lead Product Line Manager (PLM) - Women's Inline & Sport Moments plays a pivotal role in deeply understanding the consumer, bringing a passion for basketball, anticipating fashion and market trends, identifying marketplace opportunities, and partnering seamlessly across functions to craft product line strategies that fuel growth. This role blends art and science to bring the Jordan Brand vision to life across physical and digital retail, delivering a premium brand and consumer experience.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

This role is part of the Global Product Management Team, responsible for driving the product creation and development strategy for a critical portion of the Jordan Apparel Women's Sport product line. The team focuses on understanding the needs of the athlete, transforming consumer insights into actionable product briefs, and collaborating across key partners to drive the end-to-end product development process.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

As the Lead PLM - Women's Inline & Sport Moments, this individual owns all Product Line Management deliverables for the Women's Inline and Sport Moments collections. The role collaborates with a broad network of partners and cross-functional teams to establish strategies and processes that best serve the consumer. The Lead PLM works closely with elite athletes to shape product that pushes Jordan Apparel into the future and ensures key seasonal deliverables are met across multiple calendars and timelines.

We are seeking someone with strong product acumen, deep passion for basketball and athlete service, and demonstrated excellence in cross-functional collaboration. This person should bring a sharp eye for apparel, strong communication and presentation skills, the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, and exceptional attention to detail.

  • Bachelor's degree or higher or combination of relevant education, experience, and training
  • 4-6 years of experience in a product-related role
  • Strong product creation skills and intuition for business
  • Creativity and passion for product, fashion, color, and style
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong analytical abilities
  • General understanding of apparel product construction and sourcing processes
  • Ability to lead and influence teams while fostering collaborative working relationships
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Necessary Skills/Tools: Visual Tool Creation (PowerPoint/Keynote/Miro), Excel Skills, Retail Math, Smartsheets
  • Domestic and international travel (limited international) required (±15% of time)

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

You will collaborate daily with design, development, brand, and merchandising teams to create innovative and compelling seasonal apparel collections. You will partner closely with Sports Marketing, Women's Footwear, Women's Streetwear Apparel, Men's Apparel, and Kids' Apparel to build line plans and execute future product strategies. You will serve as a business leader, keeping projects on track and maintaining clear communication with internal and external partners. Each week, you will work with your triad team to deliver against the product creation calendar, including briefs, design reviews, external partner presentations and approvals, and sample order milestones.
