Lead, Cricket/NSW Brand Marketing India
WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
The Lead, Brand Marketing - Cricket & NSW, India, will report to the Director, Marketing - India and partner closely with the - Cricket & NSW Brand Marketing teams across Southeast Asia & India (SEA&I) and Asia-Pacific Latin America (APLA). This role will collaborate with teammates across Nike to build more effective and efficient ways to inspire and connect with athletes*.
Specifically, this role will collaborate and partner with the following key internal and external stakeholders to build integrated marketing plans: Brand Management, Brand Creative, Integrated Media, Digital Marketing, Energy Marketing, PR/Communications, Social & Community Impact, Product & Merchandising, Marketplace Partners, Finance & Procurement, Agency & Production partners.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are searching for a Lead, Brand Marketing - Cricket & NSW, India to join our Brand Management team in India. This is a critical role who will grow and shape the future of sport & culture in India and should have a good grasp of cricket, cricket communities, the youth culture and the sneaker & fashion landscape. This role will be able to lead initiatives, can balance creativity with organization and discipline in a fast paced, ambiguous environment, have a strong digital acumen to keep pace with our fast-moving consumers.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent
- 8+ years of working experience in brand management, consumer marketing or related experience in fashion, editorial, publishing, sports, consumer brands, magazines, streaming platforms, subscription services.
- Genuine passion and knowledge of cricket, local sports, sneaker/streetwear culture, youth culture trends and the Nike brand.
- Ability to think strategically, lead initiatives, project teams and influence effectively.
- Ability to activate and leverage sports communities.
- Pro-active information-seeking skills, with the ability to balance creativity with organizational and procedural excellence in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
- Previous experience with managing budgets, agencies, teams and communities (Sport & Culture).
- A team-first mentality with ambition to coach and mentor others.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint or Apple Keynote and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written proficiency in English.
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
Reporting to the Director, Marketing - India, you will be partnering closely with the Marketing teams in Southeast Asia & India (SEA&I) and the Asia-Pacific Latin America (APLA) geography to execute Nike's - Cricket & NSW brand strategy and drive cross-functional execution of our seasonal and daily initiatives.

In this role, you will -
- Focus on key projects that build consumer experiences that accelerate brand engagement and business growth opportunities internally and externally for the Nike Brand.
- Provide brand management, team collaboration, functional & operational excellence, community building, agency management and formulate new & disruptive ideas through best in class on ground activations and experiences.
- Gain insights from consumers on cricket & cultural trends.
- Oversee product integration into seasonal programming, briefing marketing initiatives, supporting development of seasonal programming, managing asset development and distribution across multiple channels.
- Deliver marketing plans from ideation to execution and manage campaign progress measurement including recapping and de-briefing as well as managing day to day operations that includes budget management, internal systems, reporting, product ordering, influencer seeding etc.
