R&R:
- Lead negotiation with Landlord to achieve winning location for NIKE NSP projects, including opening new stores and upgrading existing stores
- Manage strategic relationship with key landlords
- Co-ordinate with cross functional teams and landlord to ensure the store opening process smoothly
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above with good language skill
- 8 years above Real Estate BD experience with strong negotiation skill
- Retail and F&B industries background in leading brands are highly appreciated
- Leasing experience in leading Landlord is also preferred
- Strong communication skill, ability to deal with multiple tasks and connect internal process
- A growth mindset with curiosity to understand the latest company strategy with the ability to handling complicated projects
- Based in SH but need to travel in national wide or even lower tier cities
