E-Commerce Specialist

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

This role sits within the UX team inside EMEA Digital Experience, working alongside the team's Experience specialists to shape how consumers discover, decide, and buy across Nike.com and the Nike App. You'll partner closely with Digital Commerce and Marketing, Capabilities, Integrated Media, Digital Operations and Technology teams, and work directly with senior stakeholders across those functions.

You'll report to the Senior Manager, UX & X-Sport, and work alongside the wider Digital Experience organization, including the Sport-specific specialist teams and the broader digital community.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for a hands-on UX specialist who will own a meaningful piece of the Nike digital consumer journey end-to-end. Someone who thinks in systems, is comfortable building the standards other teams execute against, and works effectively when priorities or briefs are still taking shape. You are an experienced contributor who leads complex workstreams, collaborates across functions, and drives results in a matrixed organization.

• Prior experience in ecommerce, digital experience, or digital UX

• Strong analytical skills and confidence using data, consumer insight and web analytics to define opportunities and prioritize action

• Experience with web analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics

• Experience querying data with Databricks or similar platforms (nice to have)

• Experience building a framework, standard, or playbook that other teams adopt and rely on

• Ability to build effective relationships with senior and cross-functional stakeholders, including external partners where relevant.

• A proactive, structured mindset that brings order to ambiguous or loosely scoped problems

• Clear communication across seniority levels, from peer specialists to senior stakeholders

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

You'll take ownership of a strategic thread of Nike EMEA's digital experience - setting direction, communicating and executing.

• Own a strategic area of the EMEA digital consumer journey end-to-end: define the point of view, set priorities, manage stakeholders, communicate and execute.

• Build and maintain the standards, framework, or playbook that other specialists and teams execute against, and keep it current as the business evolves

• Hold cross-functional relationships - spanning Merchandising, Commerce, Analytics, SEO, and Technology, and external agency or vendor partners where relevant - as the trusted voice on your area

• Use web analytics and consumer insight to spot opportunities and translate them into a clear, prioritized point of view the wider team can act on

• Participate in and help shape testing, experimentation, and optimization initiatives that improve the Nike.com and Nike App journey

• Represent EMEA UX standards in conversations that reach beyond your immediate team, including cross-regional or international initiatives as they arise
