WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

This role sits within a fast-paced Global Delivery Operations Excellence team that drives performance, transformation, and automation across Nike's delivery ecosystem. It partners closely with global cross-functional teams-including Delivery Excellence, Supply Inventory Management, and Global Technology Support-and reports to the Delivery Excellence Manager. The role collaborates across regions and functions to elevate operational excellence at scale.

You bring:

• Open to work in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or related environments
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Data Science & Analytics, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in analytical and visualization tools (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, Python, Power BI, SQL, VBA).
• Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives with strong ownership and strategic thinking.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

You'll elevate how Nike delivers-monitoring systems, sharpening automation, and unlocking insights that fuel better decisions. You'll partner across global teams, factories, and technical stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and keep our delivery engine running stronger every day.

In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with the Global Delivery Operations Excellence team to strengthen enterprise performance frameworks and transformation initiatives.
• Monitor and optimize system efficiency, ensuring accuracy, stability, and seamless end-to-end purchase order data flows.
• Govern robotic process automation performance to ensure consistency, reduce disruption risk, and improve execution quality.
• Coach and mentor factory teams to identify improvement opportunities and elevate Standard Operating Procedures.
• Lead analytical and process improvement projects using data-driven insights.
• Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that drive smarter decisions across functions.
• Continuously build new skills in analytics, visualization, and storytelling to improve impact over time.
