WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

This role will partner, oversee, and execute the strategy, concept, planning, installation, and close-out for Brand projects. The candidate should possess strong analytical, critical thinking skills with a solid understanding of the Jordan Brands vision and strategy. The candidate should possess quick and decisive decision-making skills.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Business Affairs/Operations:

  • Lead and support Jordan Brand Affairs operations and projects in partnership with leadership.
  • Manage and maintain MJ building access and approvals - quarterly review of existing list.
  • Quarterly assessment/management of Jordan Brand storage spaces and other MJ rooms.
  • Day-to-Day operations support for MJ Building ad hoc requests.
  • Support squad FOP offense building alignment in partnership with GPS, JLL, and other vendors.
  • Liaisons with GPS, CBRE and any other contractors for work in or around MJ.
  • Innovation COC implemented into Experience Team protocol.
  • Van, S&O, Shred management.
  • Storage Room/BOH management for EM, SM, and FOPS.
  • Manage archival inventory for 1-30, 1-40, Retail 6 rings, Jordan College Teams.

WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
  • Certifications in Project Management. Can be obtained online.
  • Ability to work with a variety of personalities with flexibility, resilience, and a collaborative mentality.
  • Experience managing sensitive and highly confidential material.
  • Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and problem solving.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication; ability to communicate in both technical and business environments.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • Experienced in influencing and interacting with various teams.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders and partnerships.
  • Manage external consultants, vendors to ensure Brand vision consistency across all channels.
  • Manage design and installation target dates are met.
  • Manage internal cross-functional groups to ensure Brand consistencies.
  • Manage multiple projects in distinct phases of design/production simultaneously.
  • Participate in design process for events, remodels, quick strike pop-ups.
  • Develop cost estimates to establish initial budgets and budget management.
  • Build schedules, establishing key dates and milestones for each project.
  • Review completed project and created Project Punch-List at time of "substantial completion."
