Principal Enterprise Change Management Specialist
Overview
Facilitate successful enterprise transformation initiatives by planning, implementing, and sustaining change initiatives that align with business objectives. Assess change impacts, develop stakeholder engagement strategies, and partner with stakeholders to identify and support training needs. Ensure seamless transitions and foster the successful adoption of new processes, systems, or ways of working. Serve as a senior organizational change management practitioner supporting enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and organizational goals. Develop and implement best practices, frameworks, and tools to support organizational agility, readiness, and adoption. Recognized for change management expertise and contributions to the field.
Responsibilities
- Shape and execute enterprise change strategy in support of large, complex enterprise wide initiatives
- Advise stakeholders (including program management, business partners, leadership) on change sponsorship and people readiness activities.
- Represent change management in strategic and tactical planning forums.
- Strengthen enterprise-wide change capability maturity assessments.
- Integrate change strategy with transformation roadmaps.
- Own design and execution of change strategies (tactically and strategically).
- Lead through ambiguity and resistance, align stakeholders, and integrate with interdependent programs to support people readiness and adoption at scale for initiative
- Deliver change management presentations and Prosci-based practices to internal stakeholders to support skill building for project teams, leaders, and front-line employees.
- Shape enterprise change strategy and governance.
- May perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in change management or related field.
- Subject matter expert within business area/specialization with understanding of interrelationships of different disciplines.
- Organizational design and transformation.
- Change portfolio management.
- Executive coaching.
- Change capability building.
- Governance and compliance.
- Expertise in enterprise transformation.
- Strong executive presence and advisory skills.
- Proven track record of leading complex change programs.
- Strategic foresight and scenario planning.
- Experience with global change programs and regulatory compliance.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Desired Qualifications
- Master's Degree or MBA.
- Prosci Master Certification or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience designing, applying, and interpreting change readiness metrics, including qualitative and quantitative indicators, to assess organizational readiness, inform change strategy, and guide executive decision-making across complex initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience leading and enabling cross-horizontal collaboration across multiple business units, functions, and disciplines to align stakeholders, resolve dependencies, and drive coordinated change outcomes at the enterprise level.
- Demonstrated thought leadership through professional associations, authored whitepapers, conference speaking engagements, or leading seminars related to organizational change, transformation, or organizational effectiveness.
- Advanced research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with expert ability to synthesize information and translate insights into actionable change management recommendations.
- Expert verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level storytelling and facilitation.
- Significant experience leading, guiding, mentoring, and developing others, including change practitioners, leaders, and cross-functional partners.
- Advanced capability in presenting complex findings, insights, and recommendations clearly and concisely to executive and senior management audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment and initiative, consistently producing desired results and achieving strategic objectives in ambiguous environments.
- Significant experience leading large-scale organizational change management efforts, including organizational impact and readiness assessments, stakeholder identification and alignment, communications strategy and execution, and training needs assessment.
- Extensive experience managing complex initiatives from creation through execution and evaluation, with accountability for outcomes, adoption, and sustained results in support of change management delivery.
