Manager Enterprise Change
Overview
To plan, direct and oversee strategic organizational change management efforts. Provide forward-thinking, industry perspective and understanding of changing business needs, capabilities and member services. Influence organizational acceptance, adoption and embracement of staffing, process and technology solutions to achieve desired business outcomes. Oversee change management project teams and results including team formation, governance and resource strategies. Partner closely with Change Leadership to connect and coordinate enterprise-wide change efforts, fostering collaboration and consistency across the business.
Responsibilities
- Plan, direct and oversee change management operations, ensuring targets, service level and operational agreements are being met
- Partner with Senior Leadership, Service Managers and Business Relationship Managers to develop the long-term strategic direction and roadmap
- Serve as advocate and champion for change and drive alignment and buy-in across the organization
- Manage service budget and project portfolio
- Bring external perspective and ideas from relevant sources, keep current with technology, government/policy impacts and industry best practices
- Evaluate the performance and trends of assigned services to customers, including defined KPIs and SLAs and ensures service levels are achieved in line with SLAs and SLOs
- Develop workforce strategy and resource plan (skills, competencies, team size) for each service
- Drive and lead industry benchmarking standards including measuring goals against performance, continuous improvement, and potential use of industry-leading vendors
- Assist in Leading, planning and alignment discussions to facilitate and support resource transitions (function or location)
- Oversee and provide input and/or prepare budget requirements for Annual Financial Plan (AFP)
- Manage and ensure section/branch goals and objectives align with division/department strategy
- Manage and ensure efficiency of operations
- Ensure compliance with Navy Federal's standards, practices and processes
- Perform other related duties as assigned or appropriate
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in leading, guiding and coaching professional staff
- Effective in producing desired results and achieving goals and objectives
- Significant experience in working with all levels of staff, management, stakeholders, vendors
- Experience in developing high performing teams
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced skill interacting with staff, management, vendors and members diplomatically and tactfully
- Advanced research, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Advanced skill presenting findings, conclusions, alternatives and information clearly and concisely
- Effective skill relationship building, negotiation and facilitation skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or other related field, or the equivalent combination of education, training or experience
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of NFCU operations, processes and procedures
- Experience in Service Manager, Resource Manager or large scale Project Management roles
- Certification in appropriate area: PMP, ITIL, etc.
