Senior Salesforce Administrator

As our Senior Salesforce (SFDC) Administrator and member of our Business Systems team, you will partner closely with our internal department teams to deliver outstanding SFDC administrative services. Your work will directly influence the usability, efficiency and adoption of our SFDC instance.
In this role, you will help support and develop services for managing the NAVEX employees using SFDC and associated business applications. You will work closely with users to ensure that applications meet their needs and keeps pace with changes in NAVEX's operations, policies and/or procedures, and can provide reports, analysis and business intelligence. You will also work closely with all departments to deliver an integrated range of technology services by linking with our instance of SFDC.

The expected working hours for this position will be 3:00pm IST to 12:00am IST.

What you'll do:
- Daily administration and support of our Salesforce Support Cases including but not limited to managing multiple user setup, profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation and workflows
- Work with management, strategic planning and analysis staff, and end-users to create and manage complex workflow rules, data validation and triggers
- Develop and create customized reports and dashboards
- Create and document application requirements by collaborating with those involved in the development of program enhancements and changes
- Manage the software testing process, including devising test plans, creating test cases, establishing protocols and appropriate testing environments, and coordinating actual software testing
- Stay abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality as well as providing recommendations for process improvements
- Keep application users informed about system functionality and enhancements
- Provide application users with technical support
- Log and track identified system problems through resolution
- Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration and help related materials for users as database applications are developed
- Assist developers with the creation of technical documentation of existing and future applications

What you'll bring:
- A Bachelor's degree in related field required
- 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience
- Salesforce Administrator certification required
- Proficiency with Flows required
- Understanding of relational databases and data integration tools
- Familiarity with relevant languages such as SOQL, SQL, Visualforce, HTML, Java, Apex preferred
- Close attention to detail, and ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, on multiple projects
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Culture Agility. Comfort working in a fast-paced, candid environment that values innovation, healthy debate, and follow-through

Our side of the deal:

- The starting pay for this role is 1,665,000 INR. Shifts ending between 12:00 AM IST and 07:00 AM IST are eligible for a night shift differential of 500 INR/day.
