Our Revenue Operations organisation is looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist who is driven by a sense of "team success"! The expected working hours for this role will be 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST.

What you'll do:
- Review and validate newly created Leads, Contacts, and Account records in Salesforce for accuracy and completeness
- Apply standardization rules and enrichment logic to ensure data consistency across regions and business units
- Ensure tools integrated with Salesforce also follow MDM quality and assurance (e.g. Marketo, etc.)
- Conduct regular audits of existing Salesforce records to ensure the accuracy and completeness of key firmographic attributes, with a focus on those most critical to sales planning and account segmentation
- Assess relevant account attributes during Sales Planning to identify fields requiring updates that will trigger a change in the account's segmentation and territory assignments
- Use tools and reports to monitor data quality metrics and trends, introducing automated tools will be a game changer
- Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Marketing, RevOps) to understand data needs and pain points
- Collaborate with third-party data vendors to enrich and validate existing records
- Take initiative in expanding contact coverage for key decision-makers and influencers, with a focus on high-priority roles, while researching procurement pathways to inform sales and engagement strategies
- Recommend and implement improvements to data hygiene processes and workflows
What you'll bring:
- 2+ years of experience in data management, preferably with Salesforce CRM
- Strong attention to detail a passion for data accuracy
- Familiarity with data governance principles and best practices
- Experience working with data enrichment tools or vendors a plus (e.g., ZoomInfo, Dun & Bradstreet)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote, cross-functional environment
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with data manipulation tools (e.g., Data Loader, DemandTools) a plus
- Strong and demonstrable cross-team collaboration with data users/owners outside core team
- A self-starter and proactive mindset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- The starting pay for this role is 940,000 INR per annum and night shift differential of 500 INR per day.
