As one of our engineering team Managers, you will be growing and fostering a very capable team of QA Automation Engineers professionals that develop, implement and maintain high quality standards to ensure our products and services exceed our customers' expectations. What you'll do:

  • Lead and mentor a team of QA Automation Engineers, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Recruit, train, and retain top QA automation talent, defining clear roles and responsibilities
  • Own the QA automation strategy, aligning with the overall product and engineering roadmap
  • Establish and maintain robust automation frameworks to support frequent global SaaS releases
  • Maintain and expand effective CI/CD testing processes, ensuring automation coverage across multiple layers of the application
  • Integrate QA automation throughout the entire SDLC
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and DevOps to define acceptance criteria, quality goals, and release metrics
  • Define and implement testing standards, KPIs, and success metrics with engineering leadership
  • Be the voice of efficient QA practices across the organization, providing tools and systems that enable efficiency
  • Champion test automation best practices, tools, and technologies to reduce manual testing
  • Continuously improve QA processes for efficiency and effectiveness
  • Oversee test data management, test environments, and defect tracking
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and enterprise security requirements
  • Track and report quality metrics and dashboards to monitor performance and drive data-driven decisions


What you'll bring:

  • 6+ years' experience in software testing/QA, with at least 3+ years in QA leadership/management roles
  • Proficiency in programming languages like C#.NET
  • Strong expertise in test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
  • Solid understanding of enterprise SaaS applications, microservices, and cloud platforms (Preferred: AWS)
  • Proven experience in scaling automation frameworks for large, distributed applications
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Experienced working in a globally distributed team in a remote-only environment
