Growth & Enterprise Strategy Director

Today Charlotte, NC

At NAVEX, we're making the world a better place. A safer place. A more ethical place. A place where anyone, anywhere can have a voice. That's a serious impact.

As part of the Growth & Strategy organization at NAVEX, you will help define and advance the company's enterprise strategy, shaping how NAVEX allocates resources, prioritizes growth opportunities, and creates long-term value. You will operate at the center of the business, tackling complex, ambiguous questions that cut across functions and time horizons, and translating strategy into decisions that materially impact company performance.

As our Growth and Enterprise Strategy Director, you will serve as a senior generalist and strategic thought partner to the Chief Growth Officer. You will lead enterprise-level strategic inquiries, own the substance and outcomes of priority growth and value creation initiatives, and work closely with executive leadership to frame trade-offs, drive alignment, and deliver measurable results. You will be a corporate athlete-equally comfortable digging deep into complex issues and distilling clear, decision-ready insights for executives and the board.

We are dedicated to delivering top-quality services to our clients and unmatched experiences to our team members. Join us!

At NAVEX, you will work in a hybrid role and thrive alongside an engaged and collaborative team invested in supporting your success!

What you'll get:

  • Meaningful Purpose. Your work helps organizations operate with integrity and protect their people-at a scale few companies can match.

  • Growth That Matters. You can count on authentic feedback, strong accountability, and leaders invested in your success so you can achieve real growth.
  • Rewards for Results. We provide clear, competitive compensation designed to recognize measurable outcomes and real impact.

What you'll do:

  • Shape and evolve NAVEX's enterprise strategy by synthesizing market, customer, financial, and operational insights into clear strategic recommendations
  • Own the strategic substance and outcomes of priority growth and value creation initiatives sponsored by the Chief Growth Officer
  • Frame complex, cross-functional problems into clear decision points, options, and trade-offs for executive leadership
  • Translate enterprise strategy into actionable implications for business priorities, operating plans, and investment decisions
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, decision memos, and briefing materials for senior leadership and board discussions
  • Act as a strategic thought partner to the Chief Growth Officer, pressure-testing ideas and representing the CGO's perspective in working forums as appropriate

  • Management consulting experience required
  • Demonstrated ability to think and operate at the enterprise level, balancing near-term execution with long-term value creation
  • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders without formal authority
  • Strong strategic judgment with the ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise, decision-ready recommendations
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills to support analysis and executive-level storytelling
  • Excellent communication skills and executive presence
  • Culture Agility. Comfort working in a fast-paced, candid environment that values innovation, healthy debate, and follow-through
