Navan is looking for a Senior Recruiter to support our talent efforts across Europe. This isn't just about high-volume sourcing; it’s about strategic partnership. You will be the bridge between our  growth goals and the "A-player" talent required to hit them.

In this role, you won't just be "filling reqs." You will be a core contributor to our European growth strategy, identifying the leaders and individual contributors who ensure our customers thrive and our operations remain world-class. You are the face of Navan to the market—an extension of our Commercial leadership teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Full-Cycle Execution: Manage the entire recruitment journey for our European teams (focusing heavily on AM and CS) and other functions when required.
  • Strategic Advisory: Partner with VPs and Directors to build out diverse teams. You will provide market insights, lead calibration sessions, and advise on "quality of hire" rather than just "speed to hire."
  • The Revenue Lens: Recruit for the entire customer journey. You’ll find the AMs who drive expansion and the CS professionals who turn users into advocates.
  • High-Touch Sourcing: Deploy sophisticated sourcing strategies to engage "passive" A-players who are currently over-performing in their roles.
  • Interview Design: Work with hiring teams to create rigorous interview loops that ensure a consistent and exceptional candidate experience.
  • Data-Driven Closing: Navigate complex compensation conversations and equity explanations to close top-tier talent in a competitive European market. 
  • Candidate Experience: Set a gold standard for candidate care. Even if they don’t get the job, they should walk away wanting to use Navan’s platform.

What We’re Looking For

  • The Experience: 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting, ideally within a high-growth SaaS environment. You have a proven track record in recruiting a diverse portfolio of reqs.
  • Methodology Mindset: You understand the importance of MEDDPICC (highly preferred) or similar frameworks (Challenger, SPIN) and how they apply not just to initial sales, but to renewals and expansion strategies.
  • Versatility: You are as comfortable discussing a P&L with a Finance Director as you are discussing churn rates with a Head of Customer Success.
  • Operational Excellence: You have a "bias for action" and a strong sense of urgency, but you never sacrifice process or detail-orientation for speed.
  • Ambiguity Adaptability: You thrive in an environment that is constantly evolving. You can pivot your focus as business priorities shift without losing momentum.
  • Influence & Presence: Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to command the room (or the Zoom) when presenting candidates to senior leadership.
  • Tech Savvy: Expert-level knowledge of modern ATS platforms (Greenhouse a plus!), LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing automation tools and utilising AI to up-level your skillset
