In this role, you will coordinate across multi-disciplinary teams with a key focus on program delivery, risk monitoring, scope management, budgetary tracking and management reporting. You will partner with senior stakeholders across Product, Technology, UX, Analytics, Risk/Controls, and business channels to drive rigorous execution and reporting.

In the Wealth Management division, we help people, businesses and institutions build, preserve, and manage wealth so they can pursue their financial goals

WM Platforms manages industry-leading platforms across all WM channels and client segments, with a mission to deliver a unified digital experience, unlock growth, and drive efficiencies. The PMO team serves as a trusted partner to platform owners, providing program oversight and end-to-end execution support-from idea generation through implementation and rollout-ensuring platform enhancements are delivered seamlessly across Advisor, Workplace, and Direct channels.

What you'll do in the role:

  • You will lead end-to-end program execution for select WM Platforms initiatives, translating strategy into integrated plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
  • Partner with Product, Technology, UX, Analytics, Risk/Controls, Legal, Compliance, and business channels to align scope, priorities and dependencies that enable disciplined execution across the portfolio.
  • You will be accountable for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting, synthesizing updates from Product and Technology teams into clear executive-ready views of progress, risks, issues, and decisions.
  • You will drive day-to-day delivery rigor by coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking actions, and ensuring timely resolution of blockers through structured problem solving and escalation.
  • Partner with Risk, Legal, and Compliance to ensure appropriate controls, documentation, and approvals are embedded throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Manage delivery readiness across testing strategy, release planning, and business launch activities, coordinating with Technology, QA, and business stakeholders.
  • You will be the point person for ad-hoc requests and urgent issue mitigation, leading structured problem-solving with Technology, Product, Legal, Compliance, Fraud, and Risk partners and escalating as needed.
  • Manage centralized documentation and delivery artifacts by maintaining an organized Teams repository that supports auditability, transparency, and consistent program execution.


Skills Required:
  • A BS/BA degree is required, along with 5-10 years of professional experience in financial services, Wealth Management, and/or consulting with a focus on project/program management, product management, and/or technology delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional execution across Product, Technology, UX, Analytics, Marketing, Risk, Compliance, and business stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to perform data analysis in Microsoft Excel
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint (and Project where applicable), with the ability to produce executive-ready materials and clear management reporting.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages by audience and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organization and time-management skills, with high attention to detail, a self-starter mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities to aggressive deadlines and within budget; knowledge of Agile and SDLC (Waterfall) processes is preferred.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between$110,000 and $190,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
