Lead and manage QA teams within the department to deliver successful projects and releases, following and establishing best practice QA processes and tooling. Own entire Software Testing Lifecycle including functional, regression, and performance testing. Build and execute a QA Strategy focused on early test automation adoption, and use of tooling and practices to ensure the product quality and agility in releases. Collaborate and be an integral part of the development team to influence Quality control through our projects and sprints. Oversee our SDLC for engagement between Product Owners, developers, and testers. Manage our Test Automation frameworks, tooling, and best practices to drive QA processes that are agile and fully integrated as part of the overall development cycle. Create and enforce a robust governance process for the QA teams, business sponsors, developers and production management teams to follow to ensure high quality code is delivered in a timely manner. Establish measurable KPIs and transparent QA processes to demonstrate efficiency and test coverage. Manage our test environments (QA and UAT) on behalf of your testing needs. Skill set: Test Automation, Test Planning / Manual Testing / Exploratory Testing Bachelor's degree required 12+ years' QA and Test Development experience Expertise as a QA lead Must have exposure or experience to light weight Agile Testing practice, AI in software testing and creation/adoption to No Code/ Low Code test tools An understanding of Accessibility requirements for a public website and automated and manual accessibility tools and testing. Hands on experience with test automation framework design and development, preferably BDD based automation frameworks. Hands on experience using Selenium for UI automation development. Experience with tools and frameworks for backend / API automation, ability to leverage industry leading tools and technology to setup and efficient test automation stack. Experience with Performance Testing tooling/practices. Exposure to DevOps practices such as pipelines and Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery. Reliability.
