Position Summary:

We are seeking a high potential Business Support Analyst to support and collaborate with the US based UHNW Lending business unit (BU) and COO Team serving UHNW clients (generally clients with a minimum net worth of at least $50 million) of WM. TL transactions include primarily collateralized custom lending solutions, available in the form of both revolving lines of credit and term loans, that can be structured as demand or committed forms of financing. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for various tasks throughout the new deal origination process, asset management, and reporting.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily operating activities including:
  • Verifying and attesting to credit facility compliance with regulations, including Regulation O, U, V, and W.
  • Reviewing loan documentation for completeness and initiating review and amendment processes.
  • Verifying credit facility files including a credit facility closing checklist, pricing approvals, business escalation approvals, credit facility documents, etc.
  • Conduct daily, weekly, quarterly monitoring and produce related reporting such as HMDA, Reg B, Conflicts, Bespoke and Red Flags Reports.
  • Partner with the BU and COO to obtain, analyze and validate loan reporting and financial requirements, including collateral and personal related documentation, at least quarterly.
  • Support the development and testing of AI opportunities to create efficiency and optimization for the business
  • Handling loan servicing related requests such as creating and/or reviewing DocuSign envelopes, Intralinks folder setup, confirming loan details, wire disbursements, incoming principal, interest and/or fee payments, payoff quotes, and generate FX loan statements
  • Maintain policies and procedures


Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master's/Bachelor's Degree (in Finance or Economics) Degree required;
  • Minimum 1-2.5 years' experience in financial services, private banking and lending, and/or business operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS).
  • Experience with AI applications such as Copilot, Copilot Studio, Claude, OpenAI, etc. is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate both verbally and in writing in a clear and professional manner;
  • Critical thinking with the ability to evaluate data and make sound judgements; knowing when to escalate / ask questions
  • Detail orientated in ensuring accuracy and completeness of all tasks
  • Data/analytical skills is a plus
  • Organization, time management, and multi-task abilities to meet deadlines and manage internal/external expectations.
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills to achieve common goals
  • A positive and energetic attitude with a desire to acquire new knowledge and skills.
