Stock Loan Operations_Associate_Product Support & Services ISG (Night Shift)

We're seeking someone to join our team as a Operations Associate in ISG Operations This role serves as the front-line operations support for the Stock Loan Business Unit, with a focus on trade lifecycle management, exception handling, and risk mitigation. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders across the North Americas region and must be flexible to operate during US business hours.

This is a Professional position at Associate level within Product Support & Services ISG, which is responsible for providing transaction support and managing post execution processes.

What you'll do in the role:

• Act as primary operations support for the Stock Loan Business Unit.
• Execute trade amendments, bookings, and exception management for NY-based Stock Loan trades.
• Collaborate with internal teams throughout the trade lifecycle, ensuring accurate processing and risk awareness.
• Reconcile positions and perform trade lifecycle amendments to reduce operational risk.
• Maintain robust control frameworks and adhere to escalation protocols.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure risk is effectively managed across key coverage markets.
• Execute processes/functions and/or support process management and project efforts, leveraging knowledge of the systems, markets and instruments that influence the team
• Recognize risk in day-to-day processes to draw out the key issues and contribute to process improvements
• Build relationships within team and internal stakeholders, sharing knowledge to contribute to team output
• Participate in projects and initiatives, aiding in solution formulation with a focus on timely execution

• Ability to establish clear goals and priorities, and address non-standard issues within area of expertise with minimal guidance and supervision
• Subject matter expertise in business area supported, client requirements, and ability to ensure control is not compromised to comply with client requests

• Prior experience in Equities or Stock Loan Middle Office / Operations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
