Sourcing Manager, Director, Sourcing / Procurement

We're seeking someone to join our team as a Sourcing Manager, Non-IT (HR Category to lead HR-related sourcing initiatives, ensuring best-in-class vendor management and cost efficiency for Morgan Stanley's global operations.

In the Corporate Services division, we empower our businesses by creating collaborative workplace solutions and commercial services that enhance the employee and client experience, while optimizing the value of our sourcing and third-party lifecycle to enable the Firm to do-and-win business. This is a Director level position within the Sourcing / Procurement, which is responsible for procurement(e.g., purchasing and supply chain activities), as well as vendor management (e.g., business requirements gathering, sourcing strategy, competitive and market assessments, negotiation, contracting, and relationships associated with outsourced services).

What you'll do in the role:
- Lead sourcing activities for Non-IT HR categories (Learning & Development, Recruitment, Benefits)
- Manage the full RFP lifecycle: documentation, evaluation, bidder reviews, negotiations
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies and commercial negotiations with vendors
- Oversee contract preparation, award, administration, and vendor management
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Finance, Tax) to ensure contractual, regulatory, and policy compliance.
- Produce regular activity and savings reports for management and maintain project documentation

What you'll bring to the role:
- 10-12 years' experience in strategic sourcing and contract negotiation, preferably in HR categories
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Proven success in sourcing for North America and EMEA regions
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong negotiation and financial analysis skills (including Excel proficiency)
- Experience with Ariba (Procurement and Sourcing) and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
